The amount of wonderful music coming from the Balto/D.C. area is astounding, so here again with The Sea Life’s release “Transitions” A mix of new wave indie rock that is very east to listen to. The Sea Life hit each aspect you’d expect for this type of music: catchy riffs, reverb, upbeat tempos, and for some reason it just to me, doesn’t get old. You can tell by the way they play that they do know their instruments well. My favorite track off this release is “Skinnybones” partially I think, the tremolo reminds me of my old amp at home, but mainly I think its because it’s just a good song. Check these guys out, buy their tunes, and if your in D.C. when they play, go support em!
You can find “Transitions” and their other music on Bandcamp.
